Finally. As we approach the five year anniversary of the Delphi homicides of Abigail Williams and Liberty German new information is being released.
HLN discusses court documents they’ve received. Will the entire documents be released or will we only receive some details? Will the documents become public record?
How much video was recorded of the Delphi killer? 43 seconds of video. It’s unknown if other videos exist as investigators declined to answer.
‘Guys, down the hill’ was spoken at the end of the 43 second video clip. The video ended at those words.
This tells us that between the time the killer appears walking towards the girls, around 40 seconds have passed before he ordered the girls down the hill. Within 43 seconds he appears on video and orders the girls down the hill.
The video was timestamped at 2:13pm. Just six minutes after the photo of Abby was timestamped at 2:07pm on Snapchat
Is Kegan Kline related to the homicides? Is the Anthony Shots connection a coincidence? Is he being truthful in stating he communicated with Libby prior to the homicides?
Kline denies any involvement in the homicides and states he gave DNA, hair, etc to investigators. Does this mean investigators have suspect hair?
Kline states that investigators told him that he is the last person to have communicated with Libby. Was this a bluff by investigators?
The two sketches have been confusing to the public and the HLN panel. Why haven’t investigators clarified the two sketches?
The crime scene was likely contaminated by searchers. Hundreds of citizens searched the crime scene between February 13th and 14th. Searchers left behind cigarette butts, spit, urine, etc.
The HLN panel questions if the investigation was bungled. While they mention an Amber Alert, this case didn’t qualify for an Amber Alert. Investigators have alleged they had every reason to believe the girls were safe.
Is there suspect DNA? Investigators have always maintained not only do they have DNA but they had evidence that could have led to an arrest within 24-72 hours of the homicide.
In regards to the search dogs, Sheriff Tobe Leazenby admits that a mistake was made by turning away the search dog teams.

I apologize for the delay in getting back to questions. I stopped receiving notifications of comments and then could not log into the account or see comments. I have no idea why but glad I’m now able to. It just popped up last night and I was able to log in today.
It’s always been my understanding, based on Becky’s statements, that Libby used Becky’s phone. That Libby’s phone was broken and reset and she was using Becky’s phone.
For a long time the family was not able to log into Libby’s phone because of the passcode. It’s possible the FBI was able to finally access it and maybe received new info that tied to Kline? That’s just my speculation. But it was said the phone was locked and they couldn’t unlock it.
